One of the UAE’s biggest yoga events is set to return to Dubai this March. Yogafest Dubai 2021 will be back with a host of activities for yoga lovers of all abilities. The three-day event will be held from March 18 to 20 at Dubai Internet City Amphitheatre and is expected to attract thousands of yoga enthusiasts from around the UAE. Here’s everything you must know if you’re planning to take part in the massive fitness fest!

Do Yoga, Take Part In Workshops, Or Shop For Sustainable Products
The 10th edition of the annual outdoor festival will bring to residents a host of educational workshops, classes and talks on health and wellness topics. The event was cancelled in 2020, because of the pandemic. However, this year’s event is on, of course with strict precautions in place. All guests must bring their own yoga mat or can buy one on-site, as no rental mats will be available. This year’s event will see a packed three-day schedule with focus on immune system and ways to fight Covid-19 through specific breathing exercises, shaking and sound therapy.
Yoga freaks can take part in workshops on handstands and backbends, as well as AcroYoga and partner yoga. In addition, there will also be sessions on improving sleep and hormone yoga therapy for women. You can also take part in a sun salutation session on 20 March from 7:15 am onwards. Families can sign up for Thai massages while kids can have fun at the laughter yoga.
Apart from workshops and talks, there will also be a market where you can shop for sustainable, eco-friendly products. As for food, vegetarian meals from brands such as Spill the Bean, Coco Yogo and Little Erth by Nabz&G will be available from the Nourish Zone.
Tickets for this year’s event are available from AED 50 or AED 95 per day or a full festival pass for AED 150 for all three days.
