Abu Dhabi-ites You Can Now Fly To Europe For AED 129, Here’s How

Are you planning to travel to Europe in the future? Do you think that tickets for Europe are always expensive? If yes, then we have something for you. UAE’s new budget airline- Wizz Air Abu Dhabi is finally launching this month, and it has now announced its debut route and ticket sales. The budget airline, which starts flying from January 15 after a long delay has launched flights between the UAE capital and the capital of Greece, Athens.

The Flights From Abu Dhabi To Greece Will Depart On Mondays And Fridays

From January 15, the flights to Greece will commence twice a week. Flights between the two capitals will depart the UAE on Mondays and Fridays. And the fares for the same is starting from AED 129 for a one-way journey.

Besides this, from February 4, the airline will also start flights to Thessaloniki, Greece. It again will be twice a week, with fares starting from AED 149. The airline had previously announced destinations like Alexandria, Kutaisi, Larnaca, Odesa and Yerevan – they also will be added to the route with time.

Countries On The Green List Will Be Added With Time On The Route

On this, Kees Van Schaick, managing director of Wizz Air Abu Dhabi, said,

“The waiting is almost over for Abu Dhabi fans of our ultra-low fare airline. From 15 January 2021, a new model of air travel comes to Abu Dhabi, offering new choices and new competition, demonstrating that things are looking up for next year. Our network from Abu Dhabi will expand rapidly as destinations on our planned network are added to the ‘green countries’ list.”

When it comes to tourism, Abu Dhabi has now opened its doors for international tourists. The emirate has prepared a green list, which lets countries on the green list visit the emirate.
