If you went to a conventional Indian school, chances are that studies dominated most of your school life. But imagine if all you had to do at school was make chai with your classmates! An absolutely adorable video is currently making rounds on the Internet showing students of LKG or lower kindergarten, making tea for themselves as well as their principals. For all the right reasons, the video struck a chord with people online.

In an aww-inspiring video, a group of LKG students prepared chai for themselves and their principal. The students were from the Montessori Nargis Dutt Public School which is located in Jammu and Kashmir.
The video started out with one cute kid addressing another as ‘chhotu’ and asking whether he knew how to make tea. ‘Chhotu’ says no and asks him to teach. Thus ensues the most adorable cooking classes that you’ve ever witnessed!
One by one, each kid adds one ingredient to the pot and makes tea. Once the tea was made, everyone sipped on it while beaming with pride over their accomplishment.

A number of people took to the comments section and expressed their admiration as well as adoration for the young chefs at work. Many even quipped that if this had been their school when they were young, they would’ve topped all their courses.
The school, too, received a lot of praise for making students do this activity. One commenter dubbed them the “best school in the world.” There were many who even praised the school for making boys brew the tea instead of girls, thus breaking gender roles.
