Actor Shehnaaz Gill, amid her announcement of her debut film with Salman Khan, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, visited Lalbaugcha Raja in Mumbai. She went for the darshan on Monday with her brother, Shehbaz. During their visit, what mostly caught people’s attention was Shehbaz’s tattoo of late Sidharth Shukla. Shehbaz and Shehnaaz went to Lalbaugcha Raja for Lord Ganesha’s darshan. Before Shehnaaz, actor Kartik Aaryan too, visited Lalbaugcha Raja for blessings.

As the entire Mumbai immersed itself in celebrating the welcoming of Lord Ganesha, actor Shehnaaz Gill too, visited Lalbaugcha Raja to take Lord Ganesha’s blessings. Apart from her, Kartik Aaryan too, had visited the place. This Ganesha mandal is famous for housing the tallest Ganesh structure – and has become iconic. This mandal was founded way back in 1934. The organisers are expecting a massive footfall of two crore visitors to seek Lord Ganesha’s blessings.

The Iconic Lalbaugcha Raja
Founded in the 1934, this 14-ft tall idol of Ganesha has visitors from across the world. Not only the normies, but celebrities too, visit Ganesha here, to seek blessings during the 10-day festival. Ganesh Chaturthi, is anyway celebrated in Mumbai and across the country with a lot of pomp and gaiety. The festivities are a grand affair, and one might notice celebrities heading to visit Lord Ganesha at the iconic and famous temples in the city. And, most of them are spotted in Lalbaughcha Raja – from politicians, actors to everyone. This year, the organisers received most of the donations in the US currencies, according to a media report.
