The news of the upcoming female Burj Khalifa has been trending all over social media. And now, Emaar has also finalised the designs for the upcoming Dubai Square. A tech-driven shopping mall in Dubai Creek Harbour, which was also announced along with the female Burj Khalifa. Yes, this design was finalised on February 7 and the futuristic retail destination is expected to become the second-largest shopping and entertainment mall.
Emaar Finalises Designs For Dubai Square
According to a report by Gulf News, it was mentioned that Dubai Square will be linked to the new Dubai Creek Tower. So with the simultaneous construction of the shopping centre and the tower, the latest building and design innovations are certainly going to leave visitors stunned when visiting the destination, once complete. For those who aren’t aware, Dubai Square is part of an ultra-modern project, Dubai Creek Harbour. Yes, it will be situated on the bank of the historic Dubai Creek.
Coming to the futuristic mall, the mall’s design has been created in such a way that it has pedestrian-friendly streets. With 5,00,000 m² of garden and open area, this is certainly going to be enhanced by distinguished retail stores, commercial ventures, leisure destinations, entertainment, and even top-tier facilities.

As it happens, this project will also include the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary! While the final design of the mall is yet to be unveiled, it will however feature breakthrough technologies and innovative concepts in retail, dining, and entertainment. Therefore, offering an unparalleled experience that goes beyond the traditional shopping environment, Dubai Square will represent a modern reinterpretation of the Middle East and architecture. Yes, it’s going to be complete with industrial elements and a glass roof! Not to mention, it’s going to be home to the largest Chinatown in the Middle East East. At this point, it’s worth mentioning that the mall will feature a futuristic Grand Plaza, Rooftop Water Park, and even a dedicated Art District.
