Furthermore, the service will send Akasa Air customers email and text messages with real-time status updates on the bag’s delay. In addition to this, it will help them locate and speed up the return of delayed luggage. When making or managing reservations on the company’s website or mobile app, customers can add this additional service. In the event that the client or the airline cancels or reschedules the reservation, the cost will be reimbursed or amended.
