Al Heera Beach In Sharjah Gets A Recreational Centre With Skate Park, Jogging Tracks & More!

Al Heera Beach, a Dhs87 million project in Sharjah, is prepared to introduce a new attraction this year. Al Heera Beach, the newest beachside establishment in Sharjah, was launched on Thursday by the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq). The project has a gorgeous location overlooking the Arabian Gulf and spans 3.5 kilometres of beachfront in the Al Fisht area.

Al Heera Beach Will Be A Venue To Expansive Recreational Activities

In addition to providing a new leisure venue for locals, guests, and tourists, the new construction presents a chance for entrepreneurs and investors owners in the recreation and tourism industry to exploit this top-notch tourist attraction to grow their operations in the emirate.

Al Heera Beach provides a wide range of features and services in addition to 18 commercial properties. The venue will provide space for a number of famed eateries and cafes, a fully functional gym, and art installations. An expert skatepark called “KOTA,” as well as other facilities will be part of the initiative.

Beachgoers Will Benefit A Lot From This Development

The first phase of the development, which started today, comprises two running and cycling tracks. Gymfreaks can go visit Qudra Fitness gym and play areas for kids.  Foodies can go to Tim Hortons cafe and a Virginia Angus Steakhouse among other amenities for vacationers. There are also male and female separate prayer rooms, a large open area for seasonal festivals, and parking for cars.

For entrepreneurs and companies wishing to expand or broaden their business sales in the emirate, the initiative offers a wide range of prospects.

This important project is a component of Shurooq’s inventory of recreation and tourist initiatives. It aims to give Sharjah residents and visitors access to a wide variety of interesting and appealing activities.

The beach project intends to make this neighbourhood in Sharjah city, which is family-friendly, a thriving tourist destination.
