Every time you get into a tenancy agreement, Ejari is an essential part of the agreement in Dubai.

The fundamentals of agreements are submitted during the straightforward registration procedure through Ejari, which requires little technical expertise. These data include things like the property’s specifics, the rental agency’s name or the landlord’s identification, including a copy of their passport, and the agreement’s stipulations. The system assigns a special barcode to the contract when it has been registered and loaded into the database. This barcode serves as the contract’s permanent reference.

So if you are in need of any of the mentioned documents, now you know the Ramadan operational timings for the offices.
