Not just another B&B, Electric Cats is the quintessential place for a traveler to experience Bangalore.
What Is It?
Electric cats Bed&breakfast is Bangalore’s very own backpacker hostel. Set in a quaint and laid-back locale, Indira Nagar still manages to be Bengaluru’s most happening district with some of the city’s finest eateries and fanciest pubs. It also lies in close proximity and easily accessible by public transport to famous tourists attractions and shopping districts. But we doubt you’d be headed out too much since there’s a lot that goes on inside. Owner/Manager Stan is very hospitable and loves cooking up quirky social events. Community dinners here are awesome where travelers from different countries may like to share their culture. Apart from these, some of the other activities here are: trivia nights, movie nights, walking tours and pub crawls. Besides being a fun-tastic establishment, Electric cats B&B is also home to 7 cute, cuddly and very electric kitty-cats that roam about waiting to be petted.
Whats In It?
The B&B consists of accommodation in bunk-beds in shared dormitory rooms, males and females separated. There is also a recreation area and cafe where everyday free breakfast is served, while you listen to some tasteful jazz music. Employees here are very friendly and courteous, they also go out of their way to try to help. Everything thing here is very thoughtful, easy and fitting. The place is simple, clean and well built, international travelers should have no problems staying here. Amenities include: wi-fi internet access, free breakfast, TV room, laundry service, rooftop terrace, luggage storage, cafe & coffee shop. In our opinion Electric Cats is: more a interface to have some fun and gain some global perspective than a shelter to spend the night. Highly recommend experience for all travelers.
A night here will cost you ₹450-650 a night(incl. of breakfast)
