BMTC Operated Bus From Airport For Just One Man

Since the Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) launched its unique Vayu Vajra bus service, which travels between Kempegowda International Airport and several locations throughout the city, commuters who are eager to avoid the notorious traffic in the city have taken a shine to this air-conditioned delight. But lately, a certain BMTC bus garnered attention for an unusual trip, accommodating just a single passenger arriving at the airport and receiving recognition for its outstanding service.

Using the handle @thisishariharen, the user expressed her gratitude on the microblogging platform ‘X’ (previously Twitter), praising the dynamic pair operating the bus: the driver and the conductor. He shared a pic with the employees and wrote that he was coming back from the airport and the two gentlemen operated the bus just for him. Though it was to keep up with the timings, they gave him good company and made sure his journey was a safe one. And this has earned praise for the BMTC and its employees!

In yet another amusing Bengaluru moment, a video of a bus driver converting a traffic bottleneck into his dining area went viral. The driver was seen in the video, which was posted on Instagram by user Sai Chand Bayyavarapu, expertly managing his time at Silk Board Junction. He made a traffic mayhem moment sensible by eating from a tiffin box and remaining hydrated with a sip of water.
