Well, we all celebrated the day in our own ways and showed respect to our country. But a Bengaluru man celebrated it in a very unique way. He walked 73 km and created a GPS drawing of India map. An individual from Bengaluru had a special Independence Day celebration. He walked 73 kilometers in 13 hours and 25 minutes while carrying a national flag to produce a GPS sketch of the Indian subcontinent.

Vikas Ruparelia shared a video of himself strolling through the streets of the IT hub on X, formerly known as Twitter. He also provided a screenshot of the India map he was able to follow while on his hike. 

The clip that was just posted on X commences with a view of the GPS-aided map that Ruparelia traced. He was also seen carrying an Indian flag as he strolls through Bengaluru’s streets. Later he celebrates and takes selfies with his family after finishing.

People Lauded Vikas And His Unique Celebration

The video is posted on X (formerly known as Twitter) and has received over 8,500 views and many people have commented on the same. 

Netizens have lauded this Bengaluru man for his unique celebration. Many users also asked him to share the route with them for the people who too would like to go for this. To this Vikas mentioned that he has shared his Strava link for people to get an idea.

The comments section was filled with hearts, love and clap emojis. People mentioned that his act is very much inspiring and also lauded him for the same.
