Bengaluru has been witnessing rainy weather over the last few days. But a recent post has sparked concerns surrounding the city’s roads and infrastructure. The discussion began after a Reddit user, u/coffeeanddonuts98, shared their frustration over the rains in Bengaluru. They posted a picture of a waterlogged road and wrote, “I can’t even romanticise rains anymore because this is what happens to Bangalore every time it rains. I live 10 minutes away from work and still can’t get an auto. Had to share with a friend who luckily got it.”
The Bengaluru resident also shared that the situation was so bad that they got 30 minutes late for a movie show because of waterlogging near Ejipura. The post went viral after Bengaluru witnessed pre-monsoon showers and thunderstorms. Many other X users also took to social media to share visuals of the aftermath.
