Bhumi Pednekar Calls Jaipur Her “Nani Ka Ghar”; Says She Shares A “Deep Connection” With The Pink City

For most of us, ‘nani ka ghar’ holds some of the best and most special moments of our childhood! And it seems, Bhumi Pednekar is no different! The actress has been in Jaipur for a shooting schedule for almost 1.5 months. While wrapping up this long schedule, she posted about her trip and how she has a “deep connection” with the city. According to Bhumi’s post, she has spent many summers in the city as it was her “nani ka ghar.” She even said that after spending such a long time in the city, she feels “deeply reconnected” with her past and present.

Bhumi Pednekar has been in Jaipur for 45 days for work. However, this trip to the Pink City was more than work for the actress. In the last few weeks, Bhumi has shared several posts about her trip, but it was her recent post that left us all nostalgic and a little emotional. Summarising her trip, Bhumi posted a little video on Instagram with a beautifully emotional caption. In this post, she recalled her childhood in Jaipur and how she spent many summer vacations in the city playing with her cousins, “being carefree, and loved.”

In her post, she mentioned how she lost her connection to the city after losing her grandparents. But now, thanks to her acting career, she got to “experience the city like never before.” Poetically, she concluded her post and said, “left a piece of my heart here only to come back.”

Bhumi Pednekar was in Jaipur for 45 days as part of her shoot schedule. If her Instagram posts are any proof, then the actress had a fabulous time in the city! She was seen chilling by the pool, exploring the city like a tourist, and eating to her heart’s content during this trip. In fact, she celebrated Holi in Jaipur and even tried horse riding there. All in all, Bhumi seemed to have had the time of her life in the Pink City.
