Sitting in the heritage-laced heart of C-Scheme, Mirove Artisanal Kitchen presents a striking new intersection of gastronomy, design, and culture. Founded by Sonali Sharma, the space has a deeply personal undertaking, aiming to sing melodies of great taste every day. It is already translating Jaipur’s cultural vernacular into a modern and emotionally resonant experience.
Mirove Artisanal Kitchen’s Upbeat Ambience
The 8,000 sq. ft. establishment, brought to life by the Pantone Collective and architect Tanya Chutani, makes an architectural statement that is too nostalgic to be missed. It is a physical manifestation of a “love letter to the city” of Jaipur. The interiors of the place play in contrast as the brutal geometry of concrete is softened by curved facades. The sand-washed walls and checkered stone flooring feel grounded yet refined. With these culture-imbibed interiors, the Mirove Artisanal Kitchen is creating a narrative woven in tradition, nostalgia, and flavour. The space doesn’t imitate the city, it refracts it. Hints of Jantar Mantar and echoes of sandstone forts exist here as homage. Inside, a 360-degree sculptural bar serves royalty in a glass that you just can’t miss.

Splash Of A Modern Menu
The menu at Mirove Artisanal Kitchen follows a similar philosophy. It is rooted in local tradition but welcomes global techniques with open arms. Ingredients like desert grains, lentils, and seasonal produce are generously put to create magic. These folks even add an elegant touch while plating the meal and you can see the modern touch over traditional Rajasthani meals and how it creates a balance between familiarity and surprise in every bite. Dal-Baati Churma, Laal Maas, Gatte Ki Sabzi and Pyaaz Kachori are only the tip of the well-spiced, fiery menu currently served at the Mirove Artisanal Kitchen.
