Yes, the Eternal Pink Diamond has been making headlines for its vivid pink colour and the estimated high price tag of at least AED128 million. In fact, this rare pink diamond is currently on display at Sotheby’s in DIFC. As it happens, this is a rare pink diamond that is open for viewing at the famous auction house for visitors, where they can enter for free. The Eternal Pink is touted to be the most vividly pink diamond available in the market and watching it on display is certainly an experience you wouldn’t want to miss. As such, it’s a known fact that diamonds are all about the four C’s – colour, cut, clarity, and carat weight. And the Eternal Pink aces them all! Featuring a pretty bubblegum pink tone, a cushion cut and flawless internal clarity, this diamond weighs 10.57 carats.

World’s Biggest Ruby On Display As Well

As such, the diamond is all set to be auctioned in New York on June 8, according to a news report by Gulf News. It is expected that the diamond may fetch such a steep price that it might even beat the records! However, it’s worth mentioning that this diamond isn’t the only stone that’s left people stunned at the Dubai Diamond Exchange. The Estrela de FURA 55.2, which is the biggest and the most valuable ruby is also open for viewing. It should be noted that this is the second time the ruby is in Dubai. The earlier version at a whopping 101 carats was showcased in the autumn of last year. As such, both these stones have been mounted on rings for better viewing.
