The latest episode of Sunday Brunch with Kamiya Jani featured Gippy Grewal and Sargun Mehta, and before the food could arrive, there was work to be done. The challenge was simple; earn the meal first. Laundry needed folding, chai had to be made, and beds had to be dressed properly. It was simple on paper, but much less simple once the clock started ticking.
Gippy Grewal’s Bed-Making Challenge
Gippy Grewal walked into Sunday Brunch carrying the confidence of a man who believed he could do just about anything. A few minutes later, he was wrestling with a bedsheet, losing a battle against pillow covers, and trying very hard to convince everyone that what they were seeing wasn’t actually happening.
The first crack in the armour appeared when Kamiya Jani brought up Gippy’s hotel management days. Curious to know what skills he had picked up during the course, she asked him what he had learned there.
Without missing a beat, Gippy Grewal fired back, “If I had learned something, I’d be working there today.” That one line pretty much set the mood for everything that followed.
Despite the self-deprecating joke, Gippy was quick to remind everyone that he actually knew how to do all these things. Making beds? Easy. Putting on bedsheets? No problem!
Across from him sat Sargun Mehta, who seemed determined not to let a single claim pass unchecked. “Jhoota. Jhoota.”
The more confidently Gippy spoke, the less convinced Sargun Mehta looked.
Then came the statement that would eventually return to haunt him. Not only could he make a bed, he declared, but he could do it with one hand.
Kamiya Jani’s response was essentially perfect, because that’s exactly what you’re about to prove. What followed was two-and-a-half minutes of mad chaos.

Gippy Grewal’s Pillow Cover Struggles Leave Everyone In Splits
The bedsheet refused to cooperate; corners didn’t align, and the neat, hotel-style finish that existed in Gippy’s imagination never quite materialised in real life. Pillow covers became their own separate challenge!
When the timer finally ended, there was only one solution left: hide the evidence. Gippy and his helper simply lay down on the bed. If enough of the bed was covered by actual human beings, perhaps nobody would notice the imperfections.
Unfortunately for them, Sargun had already entered inspection mode. She went looking for mistakes and found plenty.
Gippy attempted to defend his work for a while before eventually resorting to a different strategy altogether; he jokingly tried pulling a pillow cover over Sargun’s head to stop the relentless criticism.
It didn’t improve the bed. It did, however, make for one of the funniest moments of the episode.
