Rutuja Diwekar Introduced Viewers To A New Way

In order to clear up the confusion around the topic, celebrity nutritionist Rutuja actually introduced the views with a new way to understand how much to eat. The approach is known as the 4 S approach.

Sit: One should always no matter what sit and eat their food. Standing and having your meal is not really a good idea.  Sense: The second piece of advice for preventing overeating and controlling appetite is to employ all of our senses while eating so that we are attentive to what we are eating.  Slow: You must eat as slowly as possible because chewing your food is very important so that feeling of fullness walks in quick.  Solitude: You should at least have one meal in the whole week in pure solitude.
