Chef Gary Mehigan To Host Special Masterclass In Chandigarh
Chef Gary Mehigan took to Instagram to announce his latest collaboration with Conosh, an online platform hosting food learning and dining experiences. As part of this, Conosh is organising a special event named ‘Entertaining With Style Masterclass by Chef Gary Mehigan’. The two-Michelin-starred chef will host this special masterclass in Chandigarh’s Hyatt Regency on March 12 at 10 am.

So, what dishes will you learn to cook from the Masterchef himself? You can learn to prepare Mushroom Tortellini with gruyere espuma, nut brown butter and porcini powder. The second dish on the learning menu includes a scrumptious dessert, ‘Tarte Fines Aux Pommes’. This thin apple tart is best paired with refreshing yoghurt and lime sorbet. Keep in mind, both these dishes contain eggs. Don’t worry, you’ll get printed recipe cards to guide you through the same.

Post the special masterclass, you’ll get a certification of completion. And there will be a certification ceremony for the same.
