A Reddit user cited strange Zomato restaurant listings in Chandigarh that sell only one dish and charge ridiculously exorbitant amounts for that dish. This raises concerns about potential money laundering or other questionable business practices. Many individuals spoke about the restaurant listing problem and its potential hypotheses on social media sites like Reddit and X (formerly Twitter). This unusual issue came to light after a Reddit user posted about it.

These restaurants in Chandigarh serve even stranger-sounding meals. Users continue to make assumptions about the kind of food being offered despite the fact that dish names like “Naughty Strawberry,” “Blue Adventure,” and “Citrus Punch” do not explicitly state what is being sold. In an attempt to verify whether it is authentic, the Reddit user tried to order the products being sold but didn’t receive them. Since the order was immediately cancelled, the restaurant appeared to be closed.

Customers of Zomato were asked by a Reddit user whether they had any insights into the situation or if they had noticed similar patterns in their localities, as reported by the Hindustan Times.

On social media, users have posted screenshots of restaurants, tagging Chandigarh Police and Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal in order to look into questionable establishments. While some people wish to test the service out for themselves, others conjecture about conspiracy theories.
