The Food
Now feast with your eyes first and then with your taste buds with dishes like the Pink Pizza, Pink Burger and Pink Pasta. The pink colour is natural coming from beetroot infusions, elevation the ordinary to a whole new exciting level.
The Pizza is served cold unlike the conventional hot ones and is packed to the brim with healthy and yummy veggies and cheese. It’s the kind you can keep eating without even a fragment of guilt! The burger is covered in molten cheese and comes with a side of fun curly fries. It is as filling as it looks. For the pasta, Shalom makes its own fresh beet fettucini pasta cooked in a beet infused sauce that will surely make you go wow.
Now if you aren’t a fan of beetroot, worry not, there are lots more quirky dishes to try that are actually black in colour! We are talking about the spicy charcoal pav bhaji, black spinach ravioli with cheese and also the masamman curry with black rice. The bhaji is just perfect with that spice and buttery pav to go with it while the cheesy black ravioli is goals. Not to forget the tasty masamman curry to go with the black rice.
