In Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Cheval Collection will begin building on a new complex of opulent serviced apartments this year, with completion anticipated in 2027. Cheval Collection’s first property in Saudi Arabia and third project in the Middle East is Cheval Ladun Living, a partnership with Ladun Investment Company, situated in KSA. Presently running Cheval Maison – The Palm Dubai, the UK-based, multi-award winning hotel firm will open Cheval Maison – Dubai Expo City in 2025.

John Philipson, the Chief Operating Officer of Cheval Collection, stated at the Arabian Travel Market that Saudi Arabia is essential to the company’s ongoing growth in the Middle East. He also expressed pride in the addition of Cheval Ladun Living to the company’s portfolio of international properties and to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s expanding hospitality industry. They anticipate starting construction this year and opening for business in 2027.

130 Luxury Apartments, Sauna, Pool And More!

Situated near the King Abdullah Financial Centre in Riyadh on King Fahd Road, Cheval Ladun Living is a new development that will offer 130 luxurious apartments with one to three bedrooms. In addition, the property will provide a variety of recreational and fitness facilities, such as a sauna, pool, and gym. The tower’s construction could cost as much as US$80 million.

Cheval Maison – The Palm, the first property in the Middle East owned by Cheval Collection, commemorated its first year of business with great success last month. Ahead of its inauguration in 2019, the business is renovating its 150-unit luxury apartment complex at Expo City in Dubai, which was originally the renowned Leadership Pavilion at EXPO 2020. With three more Cheval Residences in Edinburgh, eight Cheval Residences and one Maison in London, and a Cheval Maison in Dubai, the Cheval Collection has grown naturally over time.
