Dubai Safari Park is returning for season eight on October 12th. It aims to bring visitors closer to animals and nature. A highlight of the importance of protecting wildlife, the programme at the park combines entertainment with educational experiences that are centred on animal welfare and conservation. For the first time ever, the park is opening with the Wildest Opening Week. It will be from October 12th-18th.
The Park Returns With Week-Long Activities
This event period also coincides with the school midterm break. During the week-long event, you can expect workshops, art & crafts, games, photo opportunities, and personalised keepsakes. The ‘Little Explorer Base Camp’ will be the key attraction. Children here would be able to learn about my life through hands-on activities. The space would offer Safari face painting, art & crafts, lawn games, clay modelling, and even Safari inflatables.
Visitors Are In For A Thrilling Experience
Visitors will be able to explore the six zones that are inspired by different natural habitats. They will also get to see a wide range of animals in settings that are designed to resemble their natural environments. Arabian Desert Safari is included with all park tickets. As revealed by Gulf News, visitors can also upgrade to the Safari Bundle, which includes the Explorer Safari Tour that gives visitors an opportunity to see lions, giraffes, rhinos, and other animals across the park.

Exclusive Experiences That You Can’t Miss
However, if a person is looking for a more exclusive experience, they will want to check out King of Safari, Behind the Scenes, Dine in the Wild, and Jungle Capture. These are activities which include private tours, access to selected areas, and even a chance to dine close to some of the animals in the park. Live presentations also happen, which include Birds Kingdom, Echoes of the Wild, and Birds of Prey. It gives visitors an insight into the animal behaviour while also reinforcing the conservation of the habitat.
With the huge park spread across 119, it is home to over 3,000 animals that are from about 300 species. The park also takes part in international research and reading programmes while supporting animal rescue efforts.
