A new platform called Blanket has launched in the UAE, offering residents a way to create legally compliant wills and organise estate planning online. The service is aimed largely at expats who often have assets, family members or financial responsibilities spread across different countries. The goal is to make what is usually a lengthy process quicker and easier to manage digitally.

3. Saudi Arabia And Portugal Agree To Visa-Free Travel For Special Passport Holders

Saudi Arabia and Portugal have signed a reciprocal agreement allowing diplomatic and special passport holders to travel without visas. The arrangement does not apply to regular tourists but is expected to simplify official travel between the two countries.
