The 72,000 square foot area includes a plethora of things. Right from the man-made beach with a wave pool to professional hockey rinks, residents can relax and do everything they want without going anywhere.

Malibu Bay Gives California Vibes With Palm Trees And Pool
The wave pool is 24,700 square feet and has an area in the centre of the pool with a ball which plunges up and down to create waves. The beautiful design is California-inspired and looks quite serene. With green landscapes, palm trees, graffiti artwork and surfboards surrounding the pool, this new addition will surely give you vacation goals and that too from the comfort of your home.

Speaking about this new addition, Niall McLoughlin, Senior Vice President of DAMAC, said,
“While the UAE has several artificial islands, I haven’t seen anything like the wave pool in Malibu Bay. It’s definitely unique and one of a kind. From a creative standpoint, you really feel like you are in California’s Malibu Bay.”
Residents Can Enjoy The Skate Park, Horse Stable And Varied Other Activities
