It only gets bigger and better in Dubai! The world’s longest indoor ski slope will soon be built in Dubai. City-based developer Meydan is the brain behind the huge project. The ski slope will be part of a 5-million-square-metre project, home to 78,300 residents. Dubai already nabbed the Guinness World Record for the longest indoor ski slope at the Mall of the Emirates.

The Ski Slope Will Be Three Times Longer Than Ski Dubai
The new slope will stretch along 1.2 km, about three times longer than Dubai’s current indoor slope, and nearly twice as long as the current world record holder in Germany. The project is estimated to cost $6.8 billion.
Meydan’s record breaking ski slope will be docked inside a 711m-high tower. Apart from the largest slop, the tower will also be home to a 25,000 sq metres indoor sports facility, a 5.3 km bicycle and jogging trail, a 9 km boardwalk, the biggest dancing fountains in the world, and a civic plaza capable of hosting up to 60,000 people. Besides, there will also be a 100-berth marina.
The project also boasts a 300m long beach, located next to the aqua marine Crystal Lagoons. The new development will allow guests to swim, paddle, kayak, play beach volleyball and enjoy night light displays. In addition, guests will also have direct access to a new Water Park, beach bar and restaurants.
The World’s Largest Snow Park Is Coming To Abu Dhabi
Abu Dhabi will soon boast the world’s largest snow park, which is four times bigger than Ski Dubai. The park, set to open in the Reem island will boast 13 fun rides including Flurries’ Mountain, a snowflake garden and a Crystal Carousel. The park will maintain a temperature of -2° C with a snow depth of 500mm. Lastly, the park will also house 450 stores and 100 dining options as well as a range of entertainment venues.

1. Zombie Theme Park
One of the most awaited attractions in the Dubai, this one’s a treat for Zombie lovers. Nakheel Malls in association with Sharjah Golf and Shooting Club is launching a spooky Zombie theme park in Deira Islands. Spread across 65,000 sq feet, the park will boast several attractions including paintball games, 9D cinema, axe throw games, laser tag and more. And that’s not all! The park also has live act featuring Zombies that glow-in-the-dark. Now, that’s perfect enough to get spooked, isn’t it? The park also features shops, a private party room, and a zombie themed restaurant.
2. Madame Tussauds
You no longer have to travel to London to see the Madamme Tussauds. Dubai will soon get its very own wax museum, nestled on the Bluewaters, the island development off The Beach at JBR. The museum will be owned and operated by Merlin, the company which manages Legoland Dubai. However, details about who the Dubai Tussauds will feature remains unavailable.
