All the mothers are super concerned about their child’s diet. When it comes to selecting the diet for their children, they all make sure they get the best and most healthy one. But that is sometimes not easy. Actress Debina Bonnerjee, who is a new mother and has two daughters, She recently shared yummy and healthy dishes for babies. Here are the recipes for the same.

Debina Bonnerjee prepared two delicious and healthy dishes for her two daughters and her little friends for the party. One recipe is paneer paratha, and the other is mini idlis.

Paneer Paratha

Ingredients

  • Crumbled paneer
  • Salt
  • Ragi or Nachni flour
  • Roasted cumin powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Turmeric
  • Red chili powder

Procedure

  • Take crumbled paneer in a mixing bowl and add nachni or ragi flour.
  • Add a pinch of all the spices mentioned above.
  • Use Ghee to knead and bind the dough.
  • Brush a little ghee on the dough once it’s ready.
  • Let it stay for 10 minutes.
  • Take a little dough and roll it with a pin.
  • Now take the mould and cut the shapes of your choice.
  • Take an iron tawa and cook it.

Make It More Attractive

Debina Bonnerjee also made another healthy and quick dish for the party. The other dish was colorful mini idlis. The mini idlis were made in different colors using the normal idli batter. But what made it healthier?

She used spinach and beetroot to make these mini idlis. All you have to do is

  • Blend beetroot into a puree.
  • Blend spinach into a puree.
  • Take three bowls and add idli batter to them.
  • Now add spinach puree to one bowl and beetroot puree to another.
  • Mix them well, and the rest is the same process as steaming idlis.

The biggest tip is to make sure you make the dish look attractive, like the paneer paratha being cut into different shapes and the mini idlis being given colors.
