In the last few days, travel in Delhi has taken a serious hit due to the ongoing protests, and things may not improve anytime soon. Now, as the Delhi prepares for a CJP (Cockroach Janta Party) protest at Jantar Mantar on October 10, entry and exit gates at several Metro stations may be closed. Which Delhi Metro Stations Will Be Closed For CJP Protest?
Delhi Police has written to the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), proposing the closure of entry and exit gates at 57 Metro stations ahead of the CJP protest. The CJP will be protesting against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. According to the proposal, the restrictions would begin at 9 PM on October 9 and continue until the situation gets back to normal. The 57 Metro stations that may be affected are:

- INA (both metro lines)

DMRC has yet to approve the request to close these Metro stations. However, passengers can still use the interchange facilities at these stations.

Which Trains Have Been Cancelled?
The security arrangements have also affected train services. Indian Railways has decided to cancel all Mail and Express trains arriving at New Delhi and Hazrat Nizamuddin railway stations between 4 AM and 2 PM on October 10. The cancelled trains are 20801 Magadh Express, 12309 RJPB–NDLS New Delhi Tejas Raj Express, 12393 Sampoorna Kranti Express, and 22361 RJPB–NDLS Amrit Bharat Express.
To keep the situation under control, the authorities have also decided to install over 300 CCTV cameras at several locations. These locations include Janpath, Jantar Mantar, Mandi House, Raisina Road and Central Secretariat.
