Indian Culinary Forum is hosting the much-awaited Culinary Art India in association with ITPO and Hospitality First. Delhi will celebrate the 15th edition of Culinary Art India. Also, the venue is hosting AAHAR International Fair along with Culinary Art India. This is the 37th Edition of AAHAR this year.   • This is a 5-day event starting from 14 March that takes everyone on a journey of witnessing the amazing skills of hundreds of chefs.
  • More than 500 chefs are present at the event to compete and show their artistry and expertise.
  • To judge these chefs, jury members from India and international counties are also gracing their presence here. The judges are WACS-certified members.
  • The event is continuing till 18 March 2023 and is going to come to an end with award distribution.
  • Not just a challenge, AAHAR International Fair gives visitors an epic opportunity to learn from the best. The chefs teach the process and techniques to cook and prepare many food items. This is surely going to be a remarkable experience, especially for people who love to cook.

What Does The Competition Have In Store For You?

  • The first day is about a challenge of “Plated Appetizers, Petit Fours, Authentic Indian Regional Cuisine, Live Cooking CDP & Above”.
  • On the second day, the challenge category is “Three-Course Set Dinner Menu, Live Cooking Students, Cake Decoration- Dress the Cake Live”.
  • The third category of the challenge is “3-Tier Wedding Cake, Plated Desserts, Contemporary Sushi Platter, Live Competition Rice Dish, Chocolate Mania”.
  • The challenge for 17 March is about “Artistic Pastry Showpiece, Artistic Bakery Showpiece, Fruit & Vegetable Carving, Live Competition Rice Dish, Egg Benedict, Mocktail Competition”. 
  • The last day is for the award distribution ceremony.

What Is Culinary Art India?

Culinary Art India is one of the most eminent events in our country when it comes to the culinary industry. Culinary Art India is a signature event conducted by the Indian Culinary Forum. This event is all about providing a platform to the best chefs and honour them with recognition and the best of things. In fact, this event aims to focus on providing proper exposure to these chefs so that they can represent themselves and illustrate their talent.
