IndiGo has been under fire for quite some time for abrupt flight cancellations and delays. Recently, another disgruntled passenger shared her subpar experience with the airline. She spoke of how her IndiGo flight was first cancelled and then delayed. Even amid such chaos, she stated that the customer service was non-plussed. This complaint comes after the airline is getting a lot of heat for its irregular schedules and abrupt cancellations. Here is how the airline responded.

In a follow-up post, she said that her flight was to Seattle and her experience so far is making her reconsider whether she wants to return to India with IndiGo. She also said that she had been at the airport since 3 PM and no staff member had bothered to ask her for even a glass of water.
Hi, my pnr is GP5HGY and I had to miss my international flight to Seattle. This is making me think if I want to travel to India with experience like this. Also I have been here since 3 pm and no one ask us even a glass of water at 9:40 they are serving poor quality food.

The passenger also said that at 9:40 PM the staff members gave food but that, too, was of poor quality. She also mentioned that all the manager could say was “I have no other option.” In the following post, she also said that diabetics were fed sugary food which is quite dangerous.
Here Is How The Airline Responded To The Complaints
Ma’am, this is not the experience we aim to provide our customers. We regret the inconvenience. Please share your PNR with us via DM so we may check this immediately and assist you further. ~Vandana https://t.co/xcJPAig2qK

Her series of posts received quite a bit of attention and the X account of IndiGo responded to her series of posts. The airlines stated that this was not the level of experience that they wanted their passengers to have and apologised for all the inconveniences caused.
They asked for her PNR and said that assistance would be provided immediately. This is not the first time that the airline has received flak for its flight delays. This has been going on for quite some time. It is hoped that the airline will be back on track soon.
