Diljit Dosanjh is such a cool person on and off stage! Recently, our Editor-in-Chief, Kamiya Jani, got candid with him and his ‘Jatt & Juliet 3’ co-star, Neeru Bajwa, on this Sunday Brunch episode. We discovered that he absolutely has no stage fright and is rather waiting to get on stage and entertain his fans with his chart-topping songs, jokes, and groovy dance moves. Diljit Dosanjh Is Never Nervous To Hit The Stage
Not to brag but the Curly Tales team is extremely great with its research and while jotting questions for our guests for this episode of Sunday Brunch, we came across a compilation of Diljit’s old performance videos. It was titled ‘Badi Lambi Success Di Story Ni’ and had a couple of clips from the early days of his career. We showed it to him and his initial reaction was, and we quote, “Arey, baba rey!”
Kamiya jokingly pointed to the video on her phone and asked him, “Yeh aap hi hai na?” Diljit agreed, laughed out loud and said that those were extremely old videos. She then asked him whether he was afraid or nervous of the stage and he revealed to us that he never had a stage fright, ever!
In fact, he shared that he is rather happy to be on stage and is eagerly looking forward to the next time he’s on it. Yesterday, the entire world watched Diljit’s epic debut performance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon! Have you watched it yet?

This Is His Ritual Before Going On Stage

Ever wondered what is Diljit’s ritual before going on the stage? Well, we asked him and we couldn’t stop laughing when he heard his answer. He said, “Zip check karta hoon pant ki, lagi hui hai ya nahi,” and began laughing.
Upon hearing this, Kamiya practically agreed and said, “Voh zaroori hai!” To loosely translate what Diljit said was that he checks whether his trouser’s zip is closed or not. We think everyone has this habit of checking their zips just to be sure and not get embarrassed at crucial moments.
