New Bus From Dubai To Muscat In Just AED 55!

You can now travel from Dubai to Muscat in AED 55, thanks to RTA’s all new, daily Dubai-Muscat bus service!

What’s It?

Seems like Dubai RTA is leaving no stone unturned to make public transport extra comfortable for us. Right after introducing 6 new bus routes in the city, the RTA have now launched a daily bus service from Dubai to Muscat. Last minute planners, we see the smile! The one way journey from Dubai to Muscat will take six hours, with three daily buses departing at 7.30 am, 3.30 pm and 11:00 pm. The bus has a capacity of 50 passengers, and is also decked with latest tech features like free WiFi, adaptive cruise control and drive assist for additional safety.

Passengers can board the bus from three stops in the city- Abu Hail Metro Station, Dubai Airport Terminal 2 and Rashidiya Metro Station. Headed on route 201 to Muscat, the new offering will have 11 stops on the way including Shinas, Sohar, Barka, Muscat Airport and Athiba Bus Stations in Muscat. The buses will stop at these stops on the way back as well.

How To Buy A Ticket?

Tickets are currently available manually over the counter but RTA plans to launch integrated systems through Nol cards and online ticketing system in the near future.

Cost

The price for a single or one-way trip is AED 55 while return or two-way is AED 90.
