Looking for ways to relax this weekend, get in some exercise, and have a nice time out? Dubai stars ‘N’ Bars is now giving us a way to do all three, with the added benefits of an amazing view!

What’s It?

The delightful restaurant found at Dubai’s La Mer has launched a new morning skyline yoga class, including a tasty breakfast and fresh juices for only AED 59. The morning yoga class begins at 9:00 am every Saturday, and takes place on the Al Fresco terrace. The one-hour class is followed by a big juicy breakfast- the perfect way to refuel after all that stretching.

The breakfast menu is healthy, delicious and sumptuous. Some highlights on the menu include mushroom omelet with mozzarella, breakfast sandwich with avocado, eggs, and mushrooms, waffles with Nutella, mixed berries and whipped cream, and eggs Benedict.

The menu also offers vegan options such as blueberry pancakes with maple syrup, breakfast burritos with a tofu filling, and spinach tortilla wraps with roasted red peppers. Once you’re done with breakfast, go around and explore La Mer, one of Dubai’s hottest tourist attractions. What Else?

The 4th edition of XYoga Dubai, a free Yoga festival at Kite Beach, will take place on February 21 and 22. The two-day event will start at sunrise, going all the way up to sunset. The festival is presented by Dubai Holding and is here to rejuvenate body and mind.

Fitness freaks can be part of Yoga workshops conducted by trained instructors, classes, binge on healthy foods, and shop for yoga equipment. Join yoga enthusiasts, professionals, family, and friends in this fun-filled yoga fest weekend!

1. Jumeirah Beach

Extending from the Dubai Marina Beach Resort and Spa up to the foot of the Burj Al Arab, the Jumeirah track runs all the way through Kite Beach, covering a good 14 km.

The beach also has designated spots to go swimming, practice yoga, and participate in water sport activities, creating a perfect environment for fitness enthusiasts. Given its pristine location, there are tons of eateries that serve sumptuous breakfast. So, feel free to grab a protein-packed breakfast post the jog!

2.  Al Ittihad Park

Located at the pristine Palms, Al Ittihad Park is a haven for all those who love running amidst a green setting. The track spans a distance of 2.7 km, lined with trees and lush greenery. You can also find nifty work-out stations and a playground for your kids to have fun while you run. While the distance is not something that might fancy you, the Instagram-Worthy setting is sure to make you go back!

3. Safa Park

The perimeter of the Safa Park at Al Wasl is a paradise for joggers- thanks to the cushiony jogging track! Spanning a distance of 3.5 km, the track is often inhabited by jogger groups practising for marathons or having a healthy competition. And the biggest plus is that you can access the track even when the park is closed. Drop into the Pantry cafe at Al Wasl for some post-workout refuelling.
