The majority-expat pilot community of the Emirates enjoys residing in and working in a cosmopolitan atmosphere. They are accompanied by coworkers from over 170 different nationalities that are representative of its hub, Dubai. They get a competitive tax-free wage, ample housing space, an education expense, and good dental, medical, and life insurance.  All are provided to pilots.
