Among many attractions to see, Chandigarh’s Rose festival is a prime event. The city has a reputation for hosting one of the most prominent rose gardens. Every year there is a grand celebration and exhibition of these blooming roses. However, due to the pandemic, the festival was not celebrated for two years. But this year, people have come together for a memorable Rose Festival 2023. And what’s more exciting? The iconic chopper ride gives you a panoramic view of the city. Chopper Ride At Chandigarh’s 51st Rose Festival

After a long wait of two years, Chandigarh will enjoy the Rose Festival again. Municipal authorities have approved an estimated budget of ₹1.69 crores, which is a lot compared to the last year’s budget. Apart from an exhibition of different rose species, the prime attraction is the chopper ride at this festival. For the past two years, there was no helicopter ride at this festival. However, now you can board the chopper from the Parade Ground in Sector 17 and enjoy a beautiful aerial view of this city. Since the administration hasn’t finalised the copper company yet, flight rates are not decided. But, this year people will have an interesting festival to look forward to.
