How Far Kajal Aggarwal Travelled For Her Nails?
In the Sunday Brunch episode, Kajal Aggarwal and Shreyas Talpade spoke about travelling by train in Mumbai. Kamiya asked them whether they had ever travelled by train. Shreyas shared that he had, but not for college. He said he mostly travelled by train while performing in plays and for other work commitments.
Kajal then revealed that she used to live right next to Churchgate railway station, where her parents still stay. She shared that when Mumbai’s first gel nail salon opened in Bandra, she would take the train there every time to get her nails done. To this, Shreyas jokingly remarked that it must have been quite a struggle for her to travel by train while trying to protect her freshly done nails and avoid poking people around her.

The Duo’s Love For The Monsoon
As the interview continued, Kamiya asked the The India Story cast about their love for the monsoon. Shreyas said that he loves the rainy season. He shared that people who do not live in Mumbai often get scared by the city’s heavy rainfall, while Mumbaikars enjoy every bit of it. The actor also revealed that he doesn’t mind getting drenched for 1.5 to 2 hours and enjoys eating bhajiyas during the rains.
Opening up about her love for the monsoon, Kajal revealed that she often visited Marine Drive to enjoy the rain and loved taking long walks while getting drenched. She also recalled 2005 Mumbai floods revealing she had to walk all the way from Lower Parel to Churchgate, as water had reached waist level and no cab driver agreed to take her.
