TEPfactor is launching UAE’s first ever Cave Yoga & guess what? It is absolutely FREE for all!
What Is It?
This new challenge room is an all-encompassing team adventure experience, unlike anything that the city has seen before & it aims to put your physical, mental, teamwork & patience skills to the test & what better way than to get some yoga to get you started. The free yoga class takes place every Friday from 8 am until 9.30 am at the TEPfactor premises & is taught by a new instructor each week.

What Else?
The introduction of the free yoga class aims at giving back to the community that supports them. Yoga mats will be provided on first come first serve basis so make sure to get there early. Note: Prior to beginning the TEPfactor challenge, the helpful staff will ensure that challengers are dressed appropriately, followed by a brief explanation of the trials to be faced. Comfortable activewear and sneakers/trainers are advised.
