1. Eggs

3. Chicken Breast

Chicken breasts are protein-rich and consumed by bodybuilders for muscle-building. A hundred grams of chicken breast contains around thirty grams of proteins. You can grill or bake it and make delicious dishes.

4. Greek Yogurt (Non-fat)

Greek yogurt is a strained and thicker version of normal yogurt that is rich in proteins. You can make parfaits, smoothies, and other dishes. A hundred grams of greek yogurt has around ten grams of proteins.

5. Tuna

Tuna is a saltwater fish and is a great source of protein. Tuna is low in fats and calories and is an almost pure form of protein. You can make salads and sandwiches with this saltwater fish.

6. Shrimp
