Yoga is a beautiful art of physical and spiritual wellness. Be it beating the summer stress or a general fitness regime, 30 minutes of daily practice can set your life back on track. Also, Delhi NCR is booming with modernity and technological advancements; but do you ever just pause and make a conscious effort to breathe in and out effortlessly and live the moment? We guess the answer is no or maybe. So, it is time for you to finally embark upon your yogic path. We have listed down 5 yoga studios in Delhi NCR that you should check out this weekend.
1. Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, Ashok Road
This institute is a government recognised establishment that provides many yoga degrees and certifications. This is, in fact, one of my personal favourites. Their classes start from as early as 7:00 am in the morning. People from all walks of life come together to practice yoga for a healthier lifestyle. The teachers are fantastic; they help each and every student to work out a posture to its best capabilities. Also, this is one of the most pocket-friendly and disciplinary institutions.
