Dubai’s dining scene is welcoming a fresh mix of flavours this October, with new restaurants serving everything from Uzbek comfort food to Italian classics. New spots for Indian street food, charcoal-grilled kebabs, and speciality coffee also give foodies plenty of reasons to add a few new addresses to their list. Here are eight new restaurants and cafés to check out across Dubai this October.

Craving a taste of India in the heart of Dubai Silicon Oasis? Haldiram’s has opened its third Dubai restaurant, bringing an inviting mix of Indian street food, chaats, hearty meals, mithai and savouries to the growing community. The 3,900 sq. ft. restaurant seats 72 guests and serves up favourites including chole bhature, pav bhaji, raj kachori, pani puri and classic samosas, alongside a tempting mithai counter. They also offer festive sweets, savouries and curated gifting hampers, making it a new go-to for everything from a quick bite and family meal to celebrations and thoughtful gifts.

When: 9 am to 11 pm daily

2. Rocambolesco

Rocambolesco is a playful Italian bistro in Dubai, led by Michelin-starred Chef Luigi Stinga and Executive Chef Alessandro Mirabelli. The menu features creative dishes like prawn carpaccio with pineapple, QuattroperQuattro pizza with black truffle, and lobster fusillone with basil sauce. The stylish setting shifts from a relaxed daytime atmosphere to a lively night vibe, offering a unique Italian dining experience.

3. Neo Temaki

Tokyo street culture meets contemporary sushi at Neo Temaki, a new handroll bar serving Japanese favourites with a bold, playful twist. The menu centres on freshly rolled temaki, with options including Akami Tuna, Hamachi Jalapeño, Salmon Aburi and Wagyu Truffle, alongside small plates, salads and nigiri. Standouts include the Otoro Bomb, Scallop Lux and spicy Wagyu tartare, while matcha fudge and mochi round out the meal. Designed for quick, fresh and energetic dining, Neo Temaki brings a fun new take on Japanese food to Dubai’s restaurant scene.

4. Pepe Cucina

Pepe Cucina is a new four-storey Italian restaurant at Address Beach Resort in Dubai, offering comforting cuisine with views of Ain Dubai. Featuring a stylish indoor space and an open-air terrace, it serves pizzas, fresh pasta, and a decadent truffle pasta made with artisanal produce from Italy. Their kids’ play area, outdoor cinema, billiards, and hookah, Pepe Cucina creates a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere in JBR and enhances Dubai’s dining scene.

The dessert menu adds café-style treats for those who like something sweet alongside their drink. With a relaxed setup and both dine-in and takeaway options, TRIO is shaping up to be a fresh new stop for coffee breaks and casual catch-ups.

7. Loomi Kebab Shop

Follow the scent of smoke to Loomi Kebab Shop, where juicy skewers sizzle over charcoal and saffron rice is served warm and fragrant. This casual eatery specialises in classic kebabs such as meat koobideh, joojeh saffron, and lime-marinated skewers. You can build your own plate or choose the mixed kebab platter, which includes saffron rice or bread, a fresh salad, and cucumber yoghurt. Expect simple, smoky, and generously grilled food that will keep you coming back for more.
