one8 Commune All Set To Open In Goa

One of the most famous restaurant chains, one8 Commune, is opening an outlet in Goa. This new space sits right beside the Chapora riverside. It is surrounded by Siolim’s narrow backroads, tall palm trees, and calm water views. The design is inspired by a Mediterranean holiday, featuring sun-washed textures, breezy fabric canopies, floral umbrellas, and soft coastal colours. Guests can relax on loungers that face the river or sit around large open-air tables that make lunch plans slowly turn into longer evening conversations.
The indoor section of the restaurant feels like walking into a cosy rustic Italian home, with glass doors, wood-fronted bar counters, warm lighting, and tall indoor palms. Just outside, the semi-covered alfresco zone sets the perfect scene for friends to chill, families to dine, and couples to enjoy a slow date night by the river. The overall vibe is chic yet very welcoming, matching Goa’s relaxed pace, where no one is in a hurry.

The menu will stay true to one8 Commune’s identity of global comfort food that tastes best when shared. You will see familiar favourites like mezze platters, burrata with Calabrian chilli, truffle mushroom phyllo, burnt cheese chilli toast, and tuna-kimchi bowls on the menu here. There will also be pizzas, sliders, khao suey, and rice bowls that make ordering easy for large groups. Alongside that, the restaurant will serve Indian dishes to satisfy the need for a proper meal.
Because it is Goa, the kitchen is adding coastal freshness too. At this new place you can expect Goan-inspired specials like Squid Recheado Fry, Butter Garlic Seafood with Prawns, Clams and Calamari, Achari Pomfret from the Tandoor, Crab Pepper Roast, and Chorizo-Topped Truffle Fries with Poie. Plus, you will still find one8 Commune classics like Mushroom Googly Dimsum, Wild Mushroom Risotto, the Fried Chicken Slider, Truffle Parmesan Fries, and the Commune Mezze Platter here.
This outlet will also debut a new bar programme called “Classic Comebacks”. The idea is to bring back the world’s most loved cocktails, but make them cleaner, smoother, and better balanced. Every drink is inspired by a timeless original. The Bees Knees refines the classic Gin Sour. Apricot Jam Sour adds a fruit depth to the Whiskey Sour. The Almond Negroni brings a warm, nutty twist to the cocktail classic. Mississippi Mud is a clarified whisky cocktail served with chocolate ice cream. Old Cuban takes the Mojito further by using aged rum and champagne.
