With great pleasure, AURA SKYPOOL presents an amazing wellness experience that will enthral the senses and the body. Come experience an unmatched blend of Hot Yoga and Ice Bath with them on May 4th at an exclusive workshop. Tickets are AED 475 per person. The session will be taught by Wim Hof Certified Instructor Olivia and Resident Yoga Instructor Emilse from AURA SKYPOOL.
A revitalising health injection and a 45-minute “Hot Vinyasa” session taught by teacher Emilse are available to participants at 6:30 am to begin their life-changing experience. In order to maximise comfort and immersion, AURA SKYPOOL mats and towels will be given to attendees throughout the programme. A cool face towel will be available after class to revive and revitalise the body and senses.
Enjoy Delicious Breakfast At The End Of The Session
A practice of breathing exercises and meditation to develop inner peace and clarity is scheduled for 7:15 a.m. This helps visitors achieve a deep state of relaxation by inviting them to explore the depths of their awareness. Their soaking in the ice bath comes perfectly after this event. Olivia, a trained Wim Hof Instructor, will lead an energising ice bath session at 8:00 am, which is sure to be the highlight of the morning.
After the session closes at 8:45 a.m., enjoy a delicious breakfast that is provided in the lounge at 9:00 a.m. The menu features dishes such as Miso Eggs Benedict, Blueberry Acai Bowl, and Mixed Berry Pancake with Chantilly cream. Besides this, they have pool experiences for morning, afternoon and evening with Indoor Lounge Experience, Pool Brunch and Yoga In The Sky experience!
