Ahead of the birth of Saif-Kareena’s second son Jehangir or Jeh, the couple had moved to their new, more spacious home in Mumbai’s Bandra locality. While Kareena keeps sharing glimpses of her new house on Instagram, their old condo at Fortune Heights, Mumbai has been rented out now at ₹3.5 lakhs per month. Earlier, Saif and Kareena used to reside in this house with their first son Taimur. The house has been rented out for 3 years, with the rent value surging every year.

The Security Deposit Of The Property Has Been ₹15 Lakhs
Saif Ali Khan has rented out his old house at Fortune Heights, Mumbai to a firm called Guilty by Association Media LLP, as reported by Money Control. The contract was revealed by Indextap.com, which had accessed the related rent agreement document. The security deposit for the property spreading over 1500 square feet has been ₹15 lakhs. The rent per month for the first, second and third year will be ₹3.5 lakhs, ₹3.67 lakhs and ₹3.87 lakhs respectively. The property has two parking spaces. The signing of the agreement took place on August 13, 2021, after which Saif and Kareena jetted off to the Maldives with their sons for the celebration of Saif’s birthday.

Kareena Kapoor’s Favorite Destination In India
Actor Kunal Khemu, Kareena’s brother-in-law, had shared pictures from his journey to Ladakh on Instagram. Commenting on his pictures, Kareena wrote that Ladakh is her favourite destination. Kunal captioned the post, “First time in the land of passes so excited to be here. It’s been a dream for so many years #ladakh #leh.” Reacting to the post, Kareena wrote, “Finally Kunalllll… I and Saifu love love love Ladak …miss us …”. Kareena and Saif had shot in Ladakh for their film Tashan and fell in love on the sets of the movie. Kareena also rode the yellow scooter by Ladakh’s Pangong Lake for the movie 3 Idiots.
