Free Bus Travel For Elderly Women In UP

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) promised in its 2022 election manifesto to provide free bus transportation to all elderly women in Uttar Pradesh. The state administration will most likely earmark funds in the upcoming budget that will be presented to the state Assembly later this month. This is done in order to make up for the revenue loss that UPSRTC will experience as a result of transporting elderly women on its buses. The officials who are working on this development gave out the information.

The corporation has already begun the research work for this new and progressive development in the state of Uttar Pradesh. For necessary action, they have already made the passenger list and other related data available to the government. This will help the government and other departments related to it come up with estimations.
