The Indian speciality restaurant, Saffron, is offering a specially curated menu “Lost Recipes Of India” and an exquisite dining experience. In addition to the immersive dining experience, guests can expect a unique presentation and innovation blended together. And get a taste of India’s rich culinary history! Since this is a celebration of indigenous produce, you will find a lot of dishes that have a connection with the community. Saffron is a restaurant that is known to embrace the cultural depths of cuisines and present them with a fresh approach!

As for the menu, small plates include Singhade Ki Kachri — a chaat made of local water chestnuts, Boote Ke Samose — Nizami-era samosa, Pathiya Sekiya Kukkad, Nizami Burgul Ke Kebab, Tootak, Silbatte Kachche Gosht Ke Kebab and Khusk Mahi Kebab. 

 The large plates include Shalgam Mutton Curry — a Kashmiri speciality of spicy goat curry with white turnips, Murgh Zamin Doz — a claypot cooked chicken dish. They even have vegetarian options like Bhatt Ki Daal — a local Pahadi dal, and Paneer Alubukhara Kofta — a cottage cheese stuffed with dried plums in silky gravy. 

To satisfy your sweet tooth, they have a rare combination of semolina and raw mango — Gudamba. With the carefully designed limited edition menu, you may savour the rich, varied platters of Indian food while feeling nostalgic for the country’s long-lost recipes.
