Well, if you ask me, I have had a great year of indulging in a grand feast, be it in a restaurant, relishing premium chocolates, or enjoying drinks at home. And to make the year full of happy foodie memories, a major credit goes to some amazing restaurants and brands and they have also established their names globally in 2023. Let’s take a look at all these names.

These Indian F&B Brands Have Been Awarded On A Global Level This Year

1. Paul And Mike

Chocolate lovers, you must have heard about the famous Paul And Mike, right? Well, this chocolate brand has achieved spectacular recognition at the International Chocolate Awards World Finals. Florence hosted the awards night on November 26, 2023, and Paul And Mike clinched two ranks in the category of Top 25 chocolates globally. Gin and Ginger scored 92.1 out of 100, Sichuan Pepper and Orange Peel scored 91.1, and Mango IPA Beer scored 90.0. Next, award-winning chocolates are Rum and Rummy Raisins with a score of 89.8 and 87% Plain Dark scoring 86.9 out of 100.

In 2023, Khubani in Delhi NCR won the title for “Most Exciting / Hi-Energy Restaurant / Lounge For The Year 2023”. Delhi is known as one of India’s best cities for culinary experiences and Khubani is definitely one of the restaurants that is on my must-visit list.

Gone are those days when we had to select single malt whiskies from some international brands. There are so many amazing brands in India now that have gained a great name in the global market. One of the favourite brands for single malt whisky to check out in India is Indri. The Diwali Collector’s Edition 2023 of Indri got the title for the Best in Show Double Gold at the Whiskies of the World Awards.

When it comes to famous beer companies in India, Kingfisher is one of the first names that comes to our mind and it made history at the 2023 World Beer Awards hosted in the United Kingdom. Kingfisher Strong won the Gold Medal and the Kingfisher Lager Beer was awarded with the Silver Medal. Lastly, the Brozen Medal has been awarded with Kingfisher Ultra.

Back in July 2023, the International Chocolate Awards Asia Pacific Competition was hosted in Hong Kong. And the best news is that most winners of the competition were won by Indian chocolate brands. Kocoatrait, an Indian chocolate brand, won the Silver for Kocoatrait 65% Dark Masala Chai.

Launched in India and Australia back in November 2022, Broken Bat Gin clinched the incredible recognition of the Best Gin in Asia award at The Gin Guide Awards 2023. To take a sip of this limited-edition gin in India, you need to head to Goa, Karnataka, or Maharashtra.
