One of them is The Rajgharana Festival by The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake, which takes place from May 3 through May 15, 2023. Rajgharana Festival At The Westin Mumbai

According to Maharaj Chef Raghvendra Singh, Rajasthan’s rich past and arid climate have an impact on its food. Their cuisine is characterised by common ingredients like beans, lentils, gram flour, corn, barley, millet, bajra, bread, and dairy products due to the limited availability of fresh fruits and vegetables.

A luxurious spread of royal heritage cuisine from the House of Jhalamand, Jodhpur, Rajasthan, allows one to indulge in the rich foods to their heart’s content. The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake’s Nawab Saheb restaurant will host this celebration.
