Abu Dhabi is letting AI take the wheel, literally. Zayed International Airport now has robotaxis, thanks to TXAI. No driver, no awkward small talk, just futuristic solo rides. TXAI already clocked over 430,000 kilometres without a single oopsie. While there’s still a safety operator onboard for now, the tech’s ready for full autonomy. It cuts carbon emissions by 15% and traffic accidents by 18%.
4. UAE’s First Flying Taxi Port Gets A Green Light

The future of travel just took off, literally. UAE’s General Civil Aviation Authority approved the design for the country’s first hybrid heliport at Abu Dhabi’s Cruise Terminal in Zayed Port.
This pad is ready for both old-school helicopters and shiny new eVTOLs (also known as flying taxis). With over 650,000 visitors annually, this spot is no quiet corner, making it the perfect launch zone. It’s the UAE’s first eVTOL-ready heliport, pushing forward sky-high mobility.
5. Saudia Orders 20 New A330neos, Because Why Not Fly Fancier?
