R Madhavan’s Weight Loss Secret All About Healthy Eating

“I only ate food that was good for my body. No exercise, no running, no surgery, no medication, nothing,” said R Madhavan to Kamiya on an episode of Curly Tales’s Power Breakfast. He showed a picture of himself with a pot belly while directing Rocketry: The Nambi Effect and another snap taken just 21 days later where the actor sports a lithe physique. “Everything is done with food,” stresses the actor.

Re-posting this interview on X (formerly Twitter), a Netizen Aadhavan asked the actor how he could lose weight without running or exercising in just 21 days. R Madhavan replied to the X user by revealing his weight loss secret, which could be helpful for those wanting to eat healthily. Firstly, he writes intermittent fasting helped him. Next, he said he heavily chews his food 45-60 times, explaining, he drinks water to help chew his food better.

Last Meal At 6:45 PM, No To Processed Food & More

Then, he takes his last meal at 6:45 PM and only eats cooked food. He doesn’t eat any raw food after 3 pm. The actor also went for “early morning long walks” and “early night deep sleep.” He stays away from all gadgets, for 90 minutes before going to bed. When it comes to food, he eats plenty of green vegetables and food that is easily metabolised by his body. “Plenty of fluids,” is another tip that the actor shares with the X user. And finally, he abstains from all kinds of processed food. He ends his post by wishing the man good luck for his health and fitness goals.
