UAE National Day is just around the corner. The whole emirate is in a joyful mood of celebration. Similar is the feeling for its renowned air carrier, Emirates. On December 2, Emirates will celebrate the 51st UAE National Day in its own style. The airline has planned a range of activities for its passengers, like qahwa, gift boxes, Arabic sweets, and loads more. Here is how Emirates will give its passengers from Dubai a sweet sendoff:
A Sweet Gesture By Emirates on UAE National Day
Emirates will provide all onboard passengers with a gift box containing an Emirati-inspired sweet, Qahwa, or coffee-flavored milk chocolate. The gift box will be beautifully decorated with Arabic calligraphy, adding a personal touch. This will be for all the passengers onboard who will fly from Dubai on December 2.
Not just onboard passengers but also the passengers who visit the Emirates Lounge will be treated with something special. They can enjoy delicious miniature date tarts with Arabic coffee cream or date mousse. The aircraft interior will have UAE flag-representative mood lighting. The renowned Ghaf tree, which serves as the UAE’s national symbol, will be featured on Emirates’ IFE in-flight entertainment system.

New Designs And Timepieces
The cultural and historic symbol of peace and stability, the Ghaf tree, is used as the new design motif throughout the interiors of the A380 aircraft and Boeing 777. The limited edition Zinvo Air Blade 50th Anniversary Edition Automatic Watch is available to passengers. The timepiece is priced at $199. The back of the flag has the UAE’s flag engraved.
The passengers can watch content on board related to the history, food and drinks famous in the region, arts and culture, movies, songs, podcasts, and the future of the UAE. All this featured content will be by famous Emirati artists and travel guides.
