If experimenting with your food is your thing, Molecule in Gurugram is the ideal place to be!

What Is It?

Located in Sector 29 of Gurgaon, Molecule is based on the theme of an experimental bar. Also a microbrewery, this place is a massive hit for its intriguing culinary dishes and drinks that are a feast for your eyes and tummy as well. The rooftop bar gives you a great view of the Gurgaon skyline with delicious palatable options in front of you. Sip on their own craft-beer as you capture the city lights from their courtyard area.

What To Drink?

Start with a Banta Shot, which is actually a glass full of drink turned into a bubble on a spoon. A Banta Shot is served to all the guests while they wait for their order to arrive. While you’re enjoying your food, try out some of their drinks. If you’re a fan of cocktails, try out their Kailasa’s Sandal (₹395) – a gin-based cocktail but the best part it is that this is a  concoction of Sandalwood Syrup and Darjeeling Tea. 
You should definitely try the Molecular Puchka shots which has its stuffing served separately in a cooker and the water served as shots in the the test tubes in five different flavours – pineapple, orange, beetroot and jaljeera. It also has two syringes that have the green chutney and Imli chutney inside them

What To Eat?

Fan of the edibles? Try their Pav Bhaji Fondue for only ₹295. Our favourite street food dish has no been converted to a fondue! The Bhaji is turned into a creamy cheesy fondue fondue is a popular Swiss dish. You have to dip the pav in a battered creamy Bhaji, while the flame keeps the bhaaji fondue creamy. One more street food dish comes with a twist here, behold the Chaat Highway (₹555) that comes with a live demonstration of Indian street chat & you can gorge on this huge chaat platter with a modern twist. 

But that’s not all, the desserts are a total delight too. We loved the Kulfi Panna Cotta Falooda (₹295). Our very own Indian dessert is given an Italian twist at Molecule and the kesar pista kulfi is served with  falooda noodles, rose syrup and nuts.
